Our mobile notaries and signing agents have been certified with the National Notary Association (NNA). In addition, they are licensed, bonded, and certified with the state of Arizona.

What are your COVID protocols?

Our notaries and signing agents use sanitized pens and wear face masks to every appointment. If there are other steps we can take to make you more comfortable, please let us know.

What information do I need to get something notarized?

All signers must have a valid government issued ID.

What is the difference between a mobile notary and a notary signing agent?

A mobile notary typically notarizes documents such as jurats, acknowledgments, oaths/affirmations, etc., and is required to have a notary commission or certificate.

A notary signing agent facilitates loan document signings and must have a notary commission as well as meet other requirements, including a background check and additional compliance certifications. The signing agent also may be required to hold supplemental licenses to perform specific notarizations.

Pricing is determined by the number of pages being notarized and the type of notarization.

We offer document printing and notary embosser services upon request.
